Timothy M. McNeil
Tim began practicing elder law in 2002, when he was hired by Mark Williams, a former partner in The Elder Law Firm. In January 2007, Tim became a partner in The Elder Law Firm himself. The firm's name is now Davis Pagnano McNeil & Vigna, LLP. Tim received his B.A. degree from Notre Dame in 1990 and graduated from Northwestern School of Law in Portland in 1995, where he was the associate editor of the Environmental Law Review. Tim was honored for his outstanding volunteer work with the Senior Law Project Volunteer of the Year Award in 2005. The presenters noted that he had assisted over 140 elderly clients since 2002. Tim also volunteers to represent children in family court cases and served on Pro Bono Committee of the Oregon State Bar. He has been a highly rated speaker at the Oregon State Bar's continuing legal education programs on elder law since his first presentation in 2003. << back to Attorneys |
